My new book from Ellora’s Cave Sex, Sin and Surf. released on Friday.
*If you stumbled upon this tour by accident, go to http://booknibbles.com/bloghop/ to start at the beginning
To celebrate the fact that we share a release date, fellow Ellora’s Cave author, Paige Tyler and I have teamed up to offer a contest this weekend on each of our blogs. To be eligible to win you need to comment on both sites, but we are each drawing a name, so you get two chances to win. The winner will receive a copy of the readers choice of an ebook from my backlist and a copy of Erotic Exposure from Paige, so you’ll win two books. Wahoo!
Since my new book is about a hot holiday fling on the beach and I am deep in winter over here it seemed like a great time to post some pictures to get you in the mood to read about hot, steamy nights.
Now that you are inspired to think about playing on the beach.
Holidays are all about relaxation. And what better way to relax than with a hot holiday fling?
On vacation in Mexico with her two best friends, forty-one-year-old Celeste Kopp vows to break out of her middle-aged rut and live life to the fullest. Taking surf lessons is on the top of her to do list. However, when she meets sexy surf instructor Ben, the idea of a holiday fling with a younger man becomes the only thing on her list.
Ben is more than willing to live out Celeste’s fantasies as well as a few of his own. But their holiday romance turns out to be more than either of them bargained for when the connection between them deepens. Being with Celeste forces Ben to deal with his own baggage in a way he never expected.
As the vacation draws to a close, Celeste realizes she wants so much more from Ben than a holiday fling, but can she convince him that their future together is worth the risk?

Well, happy release day, Lauren. Both you and Paige have stories that will definitely make my wish list. One of my dream destinations is Ireland. I would love to pack up the whole family and spend a couple of weeks there. We have a wee bit of Irish in us, and soaking in the countryside and meeting the people there sounds quite heavenly.

Congrats on the release. My dream destination is Ireland and Scotland. I would also like to go to Hawaii. I know, but I’ve never been and hubby has. In Ireland and Scotlan, a pub crawl would be in order and Hawaii, just us at the beach all day……………..sigh!!!!!!!!!
Happy release day! I can’t wait to read both of these books 🙂 I would love to go to Scotland and spend a couple weeks exploring the culture and countryside and the men with Scottish accents!

Congrats on your new release! As for my dream destination well, that came true about two years ago. My husband and I drove all over Scotland for vacation. I had always wanted to go and he surprised me with a trip while we were stationed in Germany. I have to say we found many ways to warm up all over Scotland…lol
Now I have to try and talk him into Ireland…
Many many congratulations on the release,Lauren.I have always wanted to visit Las Vegas. The nightlife, the artists, the glitz and glamor are very invigorating.I would also love to visit the palatial hotels and the dam.Me and my boyfriend plan to have our honeymoon there!
Happy Release Day to you and Paige both! What could be better then two hot releases on a cold and snowy day in Canada! Just checking out the graphics you have up with your Sex, Sin and Surf is warming me up already!
Keep me in mind to win a copy of those books now, that would be incredibly hot…and right now my toes are FREEZING so I need some!..lol
Congrats
*kisses*

Cathy -Glad our books made it onto your wishlist. *grin* I’d love to go to Ireland it looks gorgeous and so much fantastic history. My Mom was born in Scotland so if you get the chance to learn more about your roots it’s really cool.
Marika -Ireland is my list of places to go. I’ve been to Scotland several times and love it. But yes there is absolutely something to be said about doing nothing but lazing on the beach. Ahh
Sarah- If you get the chance you should definitely check it out. It’s amazing. Truly a beautiful place and the people are lovely too.
Carolyn -went to Scotland on my honeymoon. Nothing cold about it. LOL
Gina -Thanks. Ah a fellow canuck. Where abouts in Canada are you?. Since you said really cold I’m thinking Eastern Canada maybe Ontario since I hear they have crazy amounts of snow right now. Brr. I’m on the west coast so not too bad temperature wise but you can never complain about heating it up. LOL
Lauren, I also went to Scotland on my Honeymoon! We stayed in a haunted Castle in Dornoch…I didn’t tell my husband that it was haunted until we got there. Since Scotland was first on my favorite destination list and I’ve already been there, my next destination is Australia. Hugh Jackman and Alex O’Loughlin hail from there and I adore both of them.
I haven’t been to Scotland or Ireland, and would love to visit there (the accents are LOVELY!) but at the moment, Australia tops even those two–it’s sunny and warm there right now!! And they got the most yummy accents, too! Happy release day, Lauren!
Lots of places I’ve always wanted to go. In the states, I really want to go to Hawaii. My big dreams are of the far east. I would love to go to Japan, Vietnam and China.
Cindy – great minds think alike. It was a fantastic place to go for a honeymoon. We didn’t manage to stay in a haunted castle though.
Fedora – Australia does look beautiful too.
Jen – I’ve heard Cambodia is amazing too.
Congrats on the release! (My TBR pile just keeps growing) My ideal destination would be Ireland and Scotland (again). We were in Edinburgh for a little under 24 hrs, but it was a blast! I’d love to go back. I do love Celtic things.
I watch tons of the Travel Channel and there’s so many gorgeous places to choose from. I think I’ll go with a location that actually could become a reality one day and go with Sedona. Gorgeous weather–considering I’m freezing here in the Midwest–and amazing colors to the scenery. Bright, clear, and quiet for whatever romance we choose.
I receive your newsletter at my alternative email addy (Do you need me to list it here? It’s different from the one above.)
Thanks for the contest and Happy Holidays!
Congrats on the new release! Sex, Sin and Surf sounds great! I want to go to Hawaii and Australia. I love the beach and those are the 2 most places I want to go to.
Yeah, congrats on the release day Lauren!!! I’m in the east too, so these pics are doing its job warming me up! Yum, a surf instructor! Do you surf Lauren, if not, did you have fun learning the research on it, and how? Smile.
I don’t fly, so I’d love to go deep into Texas and really spend time like on a ranch and so enjoy the outdoors! It would be so great to get out!!

Congrats on your release of Sex, Sin and Surf Lauren! I really look forward to reading it!
We have a cottage on Lake Erie(Canadian side! :)) and I’ve NEVER seen a body like those walking by!! 😉 And even tho we do have a lakeside cottage, I would love to go to Aruba!!(where ‘there’s no slosh of the wet shoe’! or cars like we will be hearing soon enough here in Michigan!)
Gosh, there are so many places I’d like to go. England. Ireland. France. Italy. Norway – during the summer of course! Congratulations on your book!
Sasha- I love Celtic things too. Heck I have a celtic symbol of motherhood tattoo’d on me. LOL
Joder -Sedona does look gorgeous. And no worries on the email address I recognize the name.
Amy – There is nothing more relaxing than lounging at the beach.
Caffey – I surfed all the time when I was in University but not so much now although I did again last spring in Mexico which is where the idea for this book came from.
Sarah – got you.
Joanna – Oh yep Asia is on my list too.
Kim – I hear you on the wet shoe. LOL. Sorry you don’t have the same view walking by at your beach. I’ve got more pictures. hehe
Yvette – your list sounds as long as mine. 🙂
I love the holiday hunks.
Thanks for being part of the weekend hop, Lauren! Those are great holiday visuals! 😉
Yummy pics! Your book sound fantastic!
I did have the opportunity years ago to spend Christmas in Trinidad, my husband’s country. Needless to say it’s very different not having snow LOL
sandra.sookoo@comcast.net
Congrats on the release! Right now my dream destination would be anywhere it’s warm and doesn’t have snow. A nice warm beach with lots of sun would be great!

Congratulations on your new release! And those pics are enough to make a woman drool…yum 🙂 My dream vacation – do I have to pick one, lol…love accents so have to admit like quite a few: Australia, Ireland, Scotland top the list and a side trip to Norway to visit with one of my childhood friends who moved out there during our college years…
Hi Lauren–
Greetings from a next door neighbour in Alberta(where it’s a frosty -20C)! Just wanted to drop a line & say how much I enjoyed your new release ‘Sex, Sin & Surf’ – super read! Dream vacations — wow tough to pick just one but I guess if money was no object I’d like to do a big safari in Africa — Sabi Sand in SA, and a bit of Abercrombie & Kent style trip through the Masai Mara in Kenya. And then maybe head north & finish up with a Nile cruise –Agatha Christie ‘Death on the Nile’ style — but without the murder! 🙂 So, I figure I need at least a month…and about $60,000. Nice dream!
